Founded by Danielle Carnegie, a Global HR Director with experience advising CEOs and Boards across technology, logistics, construction, hospitality and the public sector - including Stonewater, Peninsula, Inchcape, BP, Arup, Greene King and the NHS. Danni has led major change programmes throughout her career, from HR system rollouts to policy overhauls and job architecture, in businesses of 100 people through to organisations of 10,000.

Meeting lots of small business owners and entrepreneurs I realised many of them wanted access to HR support - sometimes just to ask 'silly' questions or bounce ideas around, and sometimes to get help with bigger changes - but felt that would be far too expensive. That's how SucceedHR was born. I now have the pleasure of working with aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs, bringing experience from global organisations to businesses of every size."
